I think to live in present moment is the best way to get rid of depression. In the present moment you can enjoy, the life has meaning here. You can spend your time with kids, in your hobby like reading, sports, cooking or anything you love to do the most. You can also find some solutions here

The information shred here is really very nice. This will definitely help people to get rid of stress. I think Mindfulness will also help is this.

Great point about living in the moment! Their is no anxiety in the moment just the future and past. The TEA forms taught me how to be in the moment with most of my thoughts :D
