depression

I am too tired to do anything. we are going to Tucson az. tomarrow and I can not get ready to go. am scared to be with my family. help please

Hi anita. Try to give yourself time to get ready. Dont stress yourself out. Sometimes I get so anxious when visiting relatives but it ends up not being that big of a deal. Give yourself permission to be a little anxious but dont freak out. Try to have fun. :)
