Now I'm not facing foreclosure...my parents are. (I think).
They got a banking letter saying that they're gonna foreclose on their house. Is there anything they can do?

Not much...that's been happening around the U.S. everywhere. They needed to do something last year when you posted...the banks allow a certain amount of time for late house payments then they just have to foreclose and try and sell it. I'm so sorry to hear this, Mr Cleveland.
