Feelings of depression???

I feel like i imagine things to greatly and they feel so real... i feel like everything is so bright during the day... the imaining is like i feel i fall asleep somewhere and i cant wake up or i got in a car wresck and it feels like it is so real ut i always say i dont see that i know what i am seeing... does this fall in with depression and anxiety

It could...sometimes things can be surreal due to a shock...such as a sudden death of a loved one or "shell shock" such as in war, PTSD.
