Making a to do list

I have started making a to do list every morning. By having the list it is keeping me focused on what I want to accomplish that day. I have found that this helps me to focus on the list and not focus on the negative thoughts. At the end of the day I praise myself for the things I accomplished instead of focusing on what I didn't:)
