I have suffered from survivor's guilt due to expereience in Viet Nam. A fellow soldier saved my life and he died. My anxiety and depression has been with me since the 70's. Started Va 3 years ago, both group and individual conseling. I just recently got the "Anxiety and Depression CDS". Started the sessions and they do really help. It will take time to reverse my feelings that have haunted me for thepast 40 years.
Any Veterans out there with similar a condition?
