why i get so angry

i get really angry at my brother n law cause he doesnt treat my sister right,hes mean to her he disrespects her and hes really lazy.sometimes i want to confront him and get angry with him because of that.but the only thing thats holding me back is what is he gonna think of me if i confront him or sometimes i want to get to the point where i want to get violent with him. the only thing thats stopping me is what is he gonna think.sometimes i feel like hes taking advantage of us and takes r kindness for weakness.thats what gets me mad.i want to be in control and gain some respect and not let him step all over us.what should i do.what is the solution any body on how to deal with problem?can any body understand
