Hi every one! I am new to this too. I have had depression, anxiety, and panic attacks for years I have made a little success in controlling my anxiety attacks, but I still can have some doozies. if I think long enough about a certain thing. I really get myself into having a real panic attack. I feel like I’m going to lose it. I feel like I am going to lose control and do something I don’t want to do. I find I have to get up and move around or talk to myself or the dogs, just to get me back to reality. It is very scary.
I just got home from work and I just took my sleepy pill, so I am going to listen to my relaxing cd and go to sleep
