I have struggled on and off with depression, drug addiction, anxiety, anger, the list goes on..... Just would like some encouragement about this program, my husband ordered it for me, I waiting on it to come in the mail...

I just got mine in the mail a few days ago. I'm getting acquainted with its content and so far, it is really helpful to me. I have suffered from panic disorder and mild depression for over 10 years now. Recently decided to order this program to change the way I have been living all these years. I am feeling better already just knowing that I am not alone in this struggle... you are not either!!!!
