Well, let's start another thread. List some goals you have. You can add current progress if you choose.
GOALS
Continue the StressCenter.com program (session 5)
Find a job
Exercise more often (I am plying volleyball again 50 is not too old!)
Find more positive thoughts and attitudes
Fix the lawn mower (I took it apart)
Eat better (I have a good start)
Get back in touch with my brother
Continue research on nutrition and health issues
Find a new computer
Trust God more

MY GOALS
~Continue the Combatting Stress and Depression Program Program
~Overcome my agoraphobia
~Start Excercising
~Eat healthier
~Think positive
~Spend more time with my kids
~Save money
~Get to be able to go out and travel further then 3 minutes away from home
~Get back into reading the bible and other books
~Start praying more often
~Start sleeping early
~When im able to live my normal life again im not gonna take it for granted

-Work through the Attacking Anxiety & Depression
-Socialize
-Engage in Motorsports,Baja San Felipe 250,Desert/marathon-Rallye
-Engage in Church Activities
-Possibly post-secondary education
-move to a warmer climate
-BE A DRIVING FORCE & INFLUETIAL PERSON

-Finishing and working hard on Combatting Stress and Depression Program program!
After doing that, I can work on my other goals !!

My goals are
overcome my depression
finish my Degree (Dec)
Get a masters degree
stop feeling so alone
find new friends who aren't so selfish and self-centered
find a job (I can't find a job and have been looking for about 3 months now. I can't even get a waitress job which makes me feel like a big looser)

1. Draw closer to Creator in every way possible/ Ackowledging him in every way through Morning prayer,reading scripture, and sweat lodge.
2. StressCenter.com program and nutritional suppliments
3. Medication and group/personal therapy.
4. Boxing Gym
5. Taking time to learn guitar.
6. journal/poetry
7. Reading books on self-help and health
