Stress Center Peer Support

I've been depressed for most of my life. I look back now and see how much I've missed out on. I feel like I'm on the outside of life looking in with my nose pressed against the glass. I've seen doctor after doctor and gone through years of therapy and tried many many medications. I'm tired of feeling alone and not being able to interface with the world. Can anyone relate?

Hi Bees,Since you've already been to multipal Dr's and on many meds and they haven,t helped,I'd say give this program a chance.

There's a forum here called Triumphs,you should check it out.You'll discover many have been helped by it.

Read through the posts also,theres lots of good advice out there besides what is personally given to you. Theres also comfort in hearing other peoples stories and knowing your not in it alone.

Thanks for your support. It does mean a lot to know many people are going through the same things. It's just that we tend to hide, so we all think we're alone! I appreciate the information and intend to utilize it to the fullest.

Yes, Ma'am, I do have the program. I am currently on the second week. I have a lot to overcome but I promised myself to see it through. I'm tired of being in pain, especially when I'm doing it to myself. Thank you for your prayers. I need them.
