I should be more positive and in the precious present moment.
To be honest, being in the precious present moment is BORING!!! It's easier to be negative about others or my circumstances. However, I do know that the later is what made me sick. I read earlier that it helps to stay busy so I don't dwell on the negative. I do try doing that, maybe too much. I do try being grateful. I should try to do that more. I know Lucinda talks about being more grateful in Lesson 4. What are some other ways you have found that help you stay in the precious present moment? I do find that if I am tired that being negative gives me a sick kind of energy that later drains me and makes me feel bad. I have really tired noticing when I do that and try to put a stop to it. Anyway, would like to hear anyone else's thoughts.
