I feel like I have a sensation of chest congestion and I keep coughing but not sure I have an actual cough (does that makes sense?) Can this be anxiety? Or can anyone relate?

also I should add that I don't really have congestion just a sensation in my chest - maybe a slight tickle???

I suppose it could be anxiety. The obsessing is certainly anxiety! We are going into cold season so it could just be the start of that. In any event, it's probably not something to worry about. If it continues or worsens, then it might be time to see the doctor just to be sure everything is OK.

Be well,
