What are your goals for this week? Maybe sharing them on here will help us stick to them.
Here are mine:
1.) To start exercisng aerobically for 20 minutes a day every second day and then work up to half an hour daily.
2.) To continue to eliminate sugar -- but it's so hard lol!
3.) To continue catching, writing down and replacing my negative thoughts.
4.) To actively participate in the relaxation session at LEAST once a day if not more.
5.) To sit down and actually write down my goals and develop plans to bring them into reality!

my goals are this week which im in mid week ...its excersing , jouraling, reading my lesson and finishing off the home work, to keep going for drive weather little or what ever , so i keep getting out as im struggling ...keep doing lessons n always replacing my thoughts self talk...to spend time with my kids..

1. My goal is to journal something everyday for at least 5 minutes.
2, Actually SIT DOWN and listen to the Cds without doing something else.
3. Walk 10 min everyday no matter what!!!
4. And add more fruits and veggies to my diet...cutting the urge to get something real sugary!
5. Oh, and come on here (online) more often.

Goals for this week.
1) Try not to expect others to be perfectionist and not let it bother me. This is a hard one for me.
2) Work more on replacing the negative thoughts with positive.
3) Drive alone out of my imaginary perimeter this week.

Hey everybody, I'm on week four, and this is my first post!! I'm with you guy though.
My goals
1. Pray in the morning before work for 5 minutes
2. Read my Bible for 10 minutes at night
3. Keep working on replacing my thoughts with more realistic thoughts.
I'm a recovering perfectionist. I'm kinda like Carolin on the tapes. I realized with this program that I had a "religion". I can already tell that my relationship with God is changing though. I would think He's so strict, but that was really just me and my perfectionism. My "shoulds" are usually related to my relationship with God, hence my goals. I've been reading lots of encouraging verses about God's grace. Guys. This. Is. So. Hard.
