Help! I lost my little card for session 4

Hi,
I lost the little card for session 4. I wonder if anyone knows where it is printed out snywhere else? I went on 2 trips of 1 week each and "worked" session 4 both weeks. I looked at it every am, but now that I am home it got misplaced!

Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Peony,
I can't tell you where to get another one, but I can tell you what is on it and maybe you can print this out and use it!
Side One:
-Attitude is everything
-Depression is treatable
-I will not "should" on myself today
-I am capable of setting realistic goals
-I can stop taking myself so seriously
-Unrealistic expectations cause stress
-Unreasonable "shoulds" bring frustrations
-My best is good enough
-I am worth standing up for
-I am no longer a victim thinker

Side Two: Dealing with unrealistic expectations
1. Would I ask this of anyone else?
2. Is this really my responsibility?
3. Am I over-reacting?
4. How can I be more effective and less affected?
5. Am I trying to be perfect?
6. Who am I trying to impress?
7. Is this MY goal?
8. Do I really have to control this?

Expect to feel less stress, sadness and anxiety.
"I feel so much better now that I have give up control of the universe."

Thank you Dixiemom,

I am working session 5 now but I know I am going to refer to this important session 4 again and again. It seems to be a critical part of feeling better. Not expecting things that I cant control. Having goals, not expectations!

Thanks again. I copied onto a card the same size as all the others. Peony
