We're leaving on Friday for an extended weekend and if it rains, so be it! We'll be together & making memories and that's what matters.
I feel so good today. This is the first Monday in a long, LONG time that my anxiety has been absent. I know I'm not "cured", but I feel a sense of freedom that is so overwhelming I want to cry with happiness.

I'm really happy for you ! I feel excited about everything I've learned so far in this program also. I think it's a great program and makes so much sense. My husband even enjoys listening to the C.D.'s and he doesn't even get anxious the way I do. Have a great trip ! jkulag
