just started week four 4

i think i have made some progress so far with a few setbacks here and there. trying to slow my thoughts down sometimes is challenging, just started exercising here, so i am starting slow. plus i am just now working on my food too. i am hoping to see alot more improvement soon. i have made a little but expecting so much more. lol expectations.
