there are scary thoughts I want to face but am obsesing are there any suggestions

I skiped around in the program and Im scard i ll go back to not being motavated

Hello goodtimes I wanted to check in with you. Its natural to have increased anxiety and racing thoughts because you are beginning the program. It is recommended that you not skip around through the sessions as there is to much info to reatin. The sessions are built around each other.
I would recommend starting over and taking little steps each day to work your way through the material. This program has been the best thing I've ever done. Good luck and God Bless.
