Hi Carolyn, this is such an uplifting thread, thanks for all of your encouragement :)

Some of my thoughts:

I love lounging around listening to the latest music with my little sister

I love a nice warm summer morning and the sounds of the birds chirping

I love going to the beach and basking in the warm sun and cool gentle breeze

Misty :)

Hello everyone,

I love the sound of a morning dove on a summer morning. I love the sound of an acoustic guitar in an open terrain. I love the sound of rain against any sort of object. I love the sound of a waterfall, specifically; Niagra falls ! I love the sound of skates digging into the ice. I love the sound of a baseball bat cracking a hard ball. Just yesterday I was having a bit of a difficult day and then all of the sudden a song that I knew started playing from a playlist I had set on my computer. The song is entitled "come by the hills" by brad Prevedoros. it is a celtic song played on an instrumental guitar, it has no words and it is one of the most beautiful melodies you will ever hear. It reminds me that all was once good, and can be again. I really would like anyone who struggles with fear and worry to look up this song on Google and find it under free downloads. Let me know what you think, you will feel relaxed and peaceful when you are done listening to it. I wish you all God's blessings !

Benjamin Olthof
"O God, you are my God. Earnestly I seek you;my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is BETTER than life,my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name, I will lift up my hands." Psalms 63

I love the smell of freshly cut grass. smells like watermelon.

I love how when I was growing up, after it would rain, there was always a rainbow in the sky, and sometimes on the ground. (strange how we don't see rainbows anymore in chicago).

I love the smiles and laughter on my daughters' faces.

I love starry, moonlit skies on summer nights.

I love the look on my mother's face whenever I visit her. She's always so happy to see me.

I love the warm air of a spring day.

I love the touch of my children when they hug me.

I love the sight of the first heavy snowfall of winter. It reminds me of christmas.

I love the memory of me and my sisters as children, making mud pies in the back yard when we weren't supposed to.

I love the feel of the air outside after it rains.

I love the feel of sand between my toes while i'm walking on the beach.

There is so many things I love. I would be typing all day long.

DeeDee.

Let's see... I love:

Playing with a puppy or kitten.

Watching a summer thunderstorm from my balcony.

Sitting on a beach and watching the sunset.

Hiking to the top of a mountain and then enjoying the view.
