I have the program since november but I was force to let it go for about 4 weeks because once I started I was rush to the hospital and I have surgery , I was in the hospital for 7 days and the more I wanted to do the relaxation exercise when I was there I just could not ; why? because the surgery was in the abdomen and it prevent me to expand the lungs the way it is, so .....yes it was not easy but once i gat out of the hospital i began to use the program again and now I'm able to do the exercise, I did have general anxiety for a long time, panics attacks, the works, I went to doctors and I gat better and I get the program because I wanted to have the tools to deal if anxiety get worse.
just give you my testimony so you can see you are not alone, but most of all Jesus walk with me every step of the way, He will never let you down pray , use the program and be patient.

Hi Frank68, thanks for the words of encouragement. I, too, am using the program to learn the tools but know that my complete healing comes through my walk with Jesus. He will see me through this one day at a time. Thanks for sharing.

It is so nice to see other Christians who the Lord has led to get help with anxiety and depression. It is very comforting to me and I know that I am on the right path to recovery. I just started session 3 today. This really has been an answer to prayer.

Hello Sammy's wife! I am so glad to hear that you are doing the program. It has some wonderful advice and tools to help us all come out from this. I look forward to hearing of your progress.
I actually was able to go to Kmart! (half the store), Walmart!! (just inside the door and sat on the bench while my kids got what they wanted)and Walgreens yesterday!! That was huge for me as I have been agoraphobic and unable to go most places for several months. I prayed every step of the way and God really helped me through. I felt so victorious! It was wonderful. I give God all the glory cause I leaned on him entirely and He gave me the courage to take those steps of faith. Little by little, step by step.
