Hello everyone, Im on session 3,I didnt realize what a negative person/thinker I was until I listened to the cd.It almost made me cry because everything she says I could relate with. Anyway hope everyone is on their way to recovery and any suggestions to help with the negative self-talk would be appericated.

Nicole,
When I started writing down my negative thoughts, I couldn't write fast enough! I promised myself I would finish the program no matter what, and I'm just doing that this week. My experience is that I've needed to go back to certain sessions, like anger, but each week brings some kind of new coping skills.
If you continue the program, you'll see what I mean. Give yourself credit for facing your fears. Don't forget the relaxation exercises, and remember that a few steps backwards is normal from time to time.
Good luck and God bless...
Les
