Failure

Post by tmblackbelt08 » Wed May 11, 2016 10:38 am

I sort of had to laugh today when I was working through the workbook and got to the part about listing your failures. The failures I had listed were: 1. Feeling happy, 2. Quitting Taekwondo, 3. Getting my first C. Well I ended up going back to Taekwondo and testing for my 3rd degree black belt and then winning the State championship the next 3 years in a row after I wrote that failure. Getting my first C in undergrad had no impact whatsoever on getting into medical school. I am happier than ever in regards to how far I have come and the relationship I am in, but I am still working on happiness. Just kinda of funny how things I viewed as failures back then didn't even matter and honestly weren't even true.
