Hi all,

This is my first post. Hopefully this is a decent spot to put it. I am currently slowly working my way through session 3 of the program. The CD mentions checking in fairly regularly with the forum...
which area might be the most appropriate place to do this?

Hi Ba123,

This is Coach Chris from the coaching team at Stress Center.
It's great to have you here and congratulations on being in lesson 3!
What has been the best part of the program for you so far?
Did you get the program for anxiety, depression or both?

I look forward to your reply,
Coach Chris

Thanks for the response.
As far as the best part of the program, possibly the portion of the audio CD
where the some of the people share their experiences.
I bought the program for both anxiety and depression...I spent the last
couple years working a job I found very stressful and wound up getting
fairly bound up over it. In the past, I have come out of it once the excess stress goes away,
but this time I haven't been able to make it over the hump. Hence my purchase of the program.

Hi ba-

Thank you for your reply.
What is the biggest struggle at the moment?
I got into panic after 2 years of the perfect storm and my body was just worn down.
That combined with my personality type, adrenalin filled body and negative thinking patterns made things very hard for me.
How are you doing with your relaxation and exercise?

Coach Chris

The biggest struggle at the moment would probably have to be social connection followed by sleep.
Relaxing/turning my brain off is difficult. I have started doing cardio 3 days per week with more
moderate exercise on some of the alternate days.
