Some people do well with medication. Or don't know of other ways.
I have no problem if someone wants to take medication for anything, but I prefer not to. I know I can get well without it. At least I hope so.
And some people use it until they learn the skills that this program teaches.
WHATS THIS?
Learn how to comfort yourself, encourage yourself, and like yourself. This session is chock-full of POWERFUL tools for taking charge and changing your life for the better.
