Talking back to the TV

Post by gerrithegirl » Mon Mar 24, 2014 10:57 am

This is a weird issue, but my problems manifest when I watch TV. I find myself making nasty comments - ex., she's ugly - he's stupid. So, comments are made more towards others than myself. Can you help me with this. Thank. gerrithegirl 8-) http://forum.stresscenter.com/posting.p ... 84744475d7# 8-)

Do other people in your family do this? It could be learned behavior?

My husband and I do this sometimes and I gently tell myselfhim to find something positive to watch and change the channel.

Me and my wife both talk to the tv. its kinda fun and it gives us something to do together.we have to laugh at ourselves once in a while. I dont think its a problem, just a form of relief :)
