Stress Center Peer Support

Do I hear crickets? I think I am the only one going through the program. I am surprised by how few people are here.

I am here Missy. I am doing ALL the assignments for lesson 3 and it really seems to help when I am busy working the program. I am more confident, driven and do very little negative thinking. I do relapse though and when I do, I write the negative thoughts in the notebook and then create an opposing positive statement.
