Post by Vacation1 » Mon May 21, 2012 3:08 pm

I'm on Chapter 3
I'm finding it hard to stay focus. busy with work and home projects
I read and listen to the CD's but always have things on my mind
anybody have or had this problem and what did you do to stay focus
I know I need to put things in order but own my business and getting busy.
Plus after reading the 1st 3 chapters__I never realized my office has become my safe zone along with my home

Keeping focused can be hard. I use my want/need to get better to try to keep me on tract. I also spend a little extra time in each session because I know I am not as focused as I would like to be, that allows me extra time to absorb the information. I have found to not be to strict on myself in what I get done each day, as long as I do something in the program it's ok. I don't have to devote an hour each day or what not. Somedays I may have an hour, others I may only have 10 minutes. You don't have to have 100% focus, just have the want to change!! :)
