HOPEFUL

Doing pretty well today. Day three of session three. Working on noticing the negative thoughts and replacing them with positive ones. Using a lot of additional support daily, like Louise Hay positive affirmations and meditation CD's. I cut back on sugar and only two-8oz. cups of coffee-not strong...walking on the treadmill for half an hour most everyday. My first week I went overboard trying to do everything I could and I wore myself out. Now I am doing what I can each day and not pressuring myself to do it perfectly.
