Hello all! I took a week off last week because I was feeling kind of bored with the program. I absolutely love the things that it's doing for my life as I'm feeling great already, but sometimes I get bored just sitting listening to the tapes. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do while listening? Especially the third and fourth times! I've tried walking on the treadmill or knitting, but I still tend to get ant-sy and ready to get up and do something!
What works for all of you??
