I am new at this but thought I would see what it is all about. I am finishing up my third week. Never realized that negative behavior was an addiction. My anxiety and panic has been going on for years. Not only am I dealing with the anxiety and panic but I also have Multiple Sclerosis. Sometimes I get anxious when I wake up in the morning wondering if this will be the day I have an attack. Look at that the third week just taught us to catch ourselves with negative thougths and I just typed it out. So let me rephrase, I will wake up in the morning thanking the Lord for the day I'm hoping the peer support group will give me a safe environment in which to explore others with this condition and know what I'm going through. If this is lame please forgive me, I've never joined any type of group.
