does anyone know if these can cause headaches on one side of your head? or make you fuzzy

it can definitely cause headaches! I have this problem too. i wouldn't say i feel fuzzy, but i do have headaches all the time. you need to try a mouth guard.

Bruxism, which can worsen TMJ, can cause headaches (one side or both), shoulder tension, neck pain, and numbness around the mandibular joint. A mouth guard is definitely a good idea.
