Sleep addiction

Post by ab1982 » Mon Mar 21, 2011 4:59 pm

I don't know if there is such a thing. i'm just hoping it's something i can overcome. I try to go to bed early. I get up in the morning and feel like i still need a few hours of sleep. sometimes my body feel ok, but my head tells me - no, i'm sleepy, i need more. I've come to realization that what i need is to convince myself that i have had enough sleep and can manage my day. Also I think sleep for me is an escape from all the bad thoughts and emotions I'm having right now. Whoever has some good insight, please share your wisdom with me! :)

I wish I had wisdom to share, I feel the same way as you. I often wonder if its avoidance. I can and will sleep every time I get a chance.
