Blaming Myself Again. It's my fault, think I'm not capable.

Hi. I don't know if everyone remembers me, but I've been with this program since last July. I'm progressing fairly well, but am often critical of myself. Today I went and sold candy bars with my son. We sold for about an hour. Sales weren't record, but we sold 32 bars. I would have been fine with this except for this: My son sold his 17 with no problem, which is great. Here's where the problem and negative self talk came in. Got home and counted the money, and I came up short $8!! Here were my automatic thoughts: 1. I can't sell candy bars and make the right change. 2. What's wrong with me? I guess I'll never know what happened to the $8. But I am really having a hard time with this. I'm labeling myself as someone who's not capable of a certain task such as selling candy bars.
