Feeling uneasy again today as if something is not right. It kept coming on and off again. I used my positive self talk and the six steps from session 2 to battle those feelings. It reminds that defeating anxiety won't happen overnight but I am determined to win the war. :)

Good for you! I like the cards to carry as well. When I get those feelings realize whats happening, and except it. They don't seam to last as long that way. That is what I do. Keep up the good work! ;)
