I am finding that daily meditation helps everything so much!
Just prior to starting this program, my counsellor and many others in the field of meditation, all told me that the best meditation to practice for anxiety/OCD is without a doubt, Vipassana meditation.
This meditation is very simple to do. You just watch your thoughts - you become an observer and it is all based on loving kindness to yourself and giving it freely to others. 15-20 minutes a day gives positive results. It is very beautiful indeed.
