Stress Center Peer Support

I wasn't thinking about this but something just clicked in my head, another insight and I wanted to share it with you guys in hopes that it helps you guys out too!

The reason my safe place is my safe place is because I'm able to be myself and do whatever I want to do. I can fart or sing or make stupid noises, I don't have to watch my words or try to impress anybody and I can relax whenever I want and listen to whatever music i want without the worry of being judged. Wow Imagine what it would feel if we could feel the exact same way in any place we are.

Sorry, I missed this post. I have been stressing about many of the people here. I wish I could do something to make all their worries seem at least a little smaller if not make their worries disappear.

I may have to take a break from this, I noticed my b/p was a bit on the higher side of normal yesterday as it moved back up to 160's/90's. It's been worse, but I started getting that funny feeling in my chest that is not so funny at all if you know what I mean.

Anyway, I enjoy your postings, so keep it up. i hope I didn't make you feel down.
