Is anyone taking these? If so, do you find that they make you just a bit more tired than usual?
I've been taking them for about 3 1/2 weeks maybe longer so I'm not sure if I've been taking them long enough to know if that's what's making me a feel this way. Ever since I've been taking them, I do feel much better in many other ways and do like them but noticed I also feel a bit more tired at times.

Ya i take them I've been having good days mostly since i've been taking them but I defintly think they been helpin or something defintly has I'm a recovering meth addict and sometimes i think i may have seen the light or those pills are working idk but i like it and no I haven't noticed any noticable change in tiredness tho

I believe it says on the package to take them at night and does warn of drowsiness. I know when I went a couple days taking them in the mornings, I could barely manage to stay awake.

hi all.
i just started taking them yesturday not sure if im more tired or not. but my package didnt say when to take them actually. i called the customer service line and they told me i can take them in the morning. that they shouldnt have excessive tiredness. so well see.
i have a question,for people taking them on the regular.. any side effects?
and does it help with inner nervousness? or racing thoughts?

how far into the program did you get them? mine haven't come yet and I got the program 3 wks ago...

They actually came a day before the program came. I have been taking them for about 3 weeks and believe they are helping. I have not noticed being tired since I have been taking them.
