I know session 3 says that you're supposed to record your negative thoughts to try to find a positive alternative. I know, I don't have to be perfect about it and get every single negative thought that runs through my head. However I'm having a hard time remembering to go to my notebook when a negative thought does pop into my head. And in the past I've been able to start things like this, but it falls off after a couple of weeks. Does anyone have any good suggestions of how to get into the habit of it and stay in the habit?

DO NOT GIVE UP! you owe this to yourself! There is no returning to being lazy and unmotivated!! I do this allll the time...even with the program! I just started it, I bought it a year and a 1/2 ago! thats tells u right there! you wont fall out of it if you care about yourself enough! Thats what I learned..You deserve a great life, you can control that. Don't choose to live the way u are any longer.

I am going to try to find a good vibrating timer so that I can set it to intervals of 50 and 10 minutes so I can take 10 minute breaks and force myself to write after 50 minutes.

Still having problems with it. "Just do it" isn't enough because I forget to do it. That plus I've been a procrastinator all my life, so it's like saying "just stop procrastinating" it's not really that easy. Still I am not giving up on this.

I have a problem with time .I dont experience negative thoughts while at work . As soon as my day begings , I am on point ,flawless when it comes to my job .Its after leaving work that I have problems with thoughts and anxiety .I still dont know why that is, but I can accept that .
Its hard to write down a thoughts at work (+ coworkers are curious ),while driving ,its a stressfull commute (1.45 mints each way ) I cant write and drive at the same time . SO ,what I did was get a different PHONE with a record feature and just record my thought and my replacement thought. It works for me , I was putting off starting a journal and those were my excuses for procrastinating ,so I addressed the incovinieance , At best, I have to find a place out of earshot of coworkers ,at worst am just a crazy fool talking to myself on the way home, eather way ,It gets the job done .
