I just wanted to see if anyone has gone backwards while on the program. I'm starting session 4 tomorrow and the past couple of days have been rough. I was doing really well, I haven't had any more panic attacks and now I'm experiencing them again (not as terrifying) but they're there. I know on the tape, Lucinda said you could take 1 step forward and 2 steps back and I think that's what's happening...

thats whats happening to me too!!! the past week has been rough for me. especially today. i have not been sleeping well and waking up in panic due to my terrible anxiety. it is so depressing and feel hopeless. the last 3 days were better though. im soo up and down and i dont take medication either. . i have an anti anxiety drug but now afraid to take it because im afraid ill get addicted
