I am in week 2 and am doing a great job with daytime panic. I haven't had an attack in two days!!! Hooray!!!
My question is about night time panic. I wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding and adrenaline pumping. I can calm myself down, but I just feel like I'm not getting good sleep because of it. What is causing these spontaneous attacks? How do you get them to stop?
