Hi I'm pj50 i just started the program and I'm on effexor and I'm still having trouble. I've got such panic all day I've got such a stomach ache. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia so i always live in pain and I'm sooo miserable anybody else like me????????

Hi PJ, I have finished the program, but even so I still needed to go on medicine. I too am on effexor and have had lots of troubles with stomach aches. I really feel like the program and the medicine could help you. Try to give it some time. I know it is hard and very scary, but keep at it and your life can change.
