Today I feel a bit over whelmed I will be but using my 6 steps and writing down all my negative thoughts down did not realize how many negative thoughts I had WOW!

I've just finished session 15 and that's how I
felt when I listened to it. There were so many things brought to mind from the past and it was really overwhelming. But it was good to know this is a normal part of the program and I did
a lot of journaling and I'm feeling better every day. I'm not waking in the morning with that feeling of doom. I can definitely see light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck to you.
