Anxious

Post by feelingbetter01 » Thu Mar 21, 2013 4:02 pm

Into the first days of Week 2 and Session 2, I'm anxious for the time I'll have to spend on the program as a whole and for the speed in which changes in my life will happen. I've got to practice patience. I'm bothered by this anxiety but am trying to change the anxious feelings into excitement for the tools I'll be learning to crush my "defeatist" attitude.

We love your positive attitude. It does take time to build up emotional muscle and for the body to calm down. Celebrate every success. I found as I was getting better not to expect every day to be a great day but that every week was a better week.
