Hi All,

I have been having more anxiety lately and a few days ago, I had these weird sensations in my chest, like my heart beat was "fluttering". It lasted for 4 days on and off! Does anyone else get this or know what it is? Any thoughts would help! Thanks!

Hi Shann,

This is a common body symptom (you will see it listed on the top of page 13) and a very difficult one to manage. Working through lesson 2 and the 6 steps will help. Keep using your relaxation cd to help calm the body.

Are you working with a Dr. or on any meds?

I have pvcs.. and flutters. I have always had one or two here and there but since last may they were out of control. I had a whole cardiology work out which checked out fine, Thank God.. the dr did put me on a low dose beta blocker though for blood pressure and the pvcs. They can be scary at times. I just wish they would go away. Good luck to you & hope your flutters subside.
