Am I the only one that passes out?

I know the audo talks about how you do not pass out during panic attacks, but, I made another trip by ambulance to the ER last Saturday when I passed out during a panic attack. The last thing I remember was lowering myself to the floor, and when I tried to raise my head everything got black, next thing i know I am in an ambulance because I passed out. Doctors say it is panic related, because it has been 3.5 years of testing, including blood work, ct scans, MRI's EKG's and even an EEG. My attacks are day long, and seem to come from no where. I also suffer at night as I wake up and can't breath. I have terrified all of my friends away and my family steer as clear of me as they can and have labeled me a "fainting goat". No one dares take me anywhere, so I have not left the house in about 2 years now. I went through this program about 3 years ago, and it did help some, atleast people would talk to me on the phone..

I passed out once during a panic attack at the movie theater WHILE sitting down....and everyone used to say you cant pass out sitting, well i did, all i remember is like this weakness come over me and everything went black then i woke up to EMS standing over me in a hallway. I havent been back to the movies since then because Im scared that it will happen again. So no you arent the only one. Hope your doing better

Thanks for your reply. I guess just because everybody says you do not pass out I have in my head that this is organic...which just makes the panic worse. My docs have all but written me off..as a nut case, and given up on me. got medionce, but sinse they do not want you on it all I got was like 7 pills. I do not know as they helped me, just make me feel dopy. The doc in the ER asked me if I was depressed..I looked at her like she was stupid. Hell ya I am depressed. This has destroyed my life, I have nothing left. Even my dignity is gone. I really have no place to go but up, but I just can't seem to get the vision anymore.

Have you tried the relaxation part of the cd? It really helps teach you how to properly breathe that has been helping me alot
