over analyzing after a coaching session

First I want to say this whole program is amazing and it's already helping me in ways I never imagined. Today I had my free coaching session with a life coach and she offered up some great tips to help me. The whole session was going great and I was feeling so hopeful but then at the end she tried to get me to buy 15 more coaching sessions to go along with the program which adds up to around $1000. I totally understand these things cost money, I'm just not sure I can budget it in right now. I feel like, and maybe it's just me over analyzing as usual, that she was hinting around that I won't fully recover if I don't get the coaching sessions. Now I feel like all I am relapsing back to the state I was in before. :( The coach was fantastic, and I'm sure this is just me being me. I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance. Thanks for taking the time to read this. :)

I believe that you should go through the program yourself, and at the END--IF you feel the need to do this again with a coach, then you still have that option. You will do fine without a coach. You sound coherent ,strong, and focused so I have no doubt that you will understand the materials just fine! :) The time is going to go by anyway, so if say in December you feel that need you just have to contact them Shay said.
