that would scare anyone?
i worked very hard all my life
al i see now is evil and greed
it is not me! but i worry and get very scarry and i have to keep up with this evil
to fight it
as i am alone

I understand what you mean about evil and greed in this world. Think about this this way. How you feel toward what is happening in this world creates a stressor, or a worry. That worry creates anxiety, then the anxiety can create a panic attack. What I am trying to say is, if you change the way you react to the "evil and greed" of the world, then you will not even have any anxiety about it, thus never being able to have a panic attack.
