Hi Isabel, my name is Elphame, and I also suffer from Post Traumatic Stress disorder...I was diagnosed in 1990..I have good days and bad days...the flashbacks are horrific sometimes, and it can be very overwhelming..do you suffer with symptoms such as flashbacks, nightmares of the traumatic event, and so on?

hi there,
It was just just suggested to me today by a special doc that I may be suffering from it. How do I PM or get PM's to discuss cuz I'm really concerned with this possibility.?

Hi
I have post traumatic stress disorder now for about 2 yrs. It was not diagnosed right away and I also developed depression. I just started the program and am hoping this will help. I have been told this is something I may have to deal with for the rest of my life. How is the progress after time on this program??

--Post traumatic SD is not something that you have to live with the rest of your life. Anxiety and Depression may be things that you have to manage the rest of your life;and for each person I am sure it is different--but there is life after the horrible flasshbacks, movie clipss, night terrors, etc. Give the program a chance and you'll see!!!! :D ~~Trish
