Stress Center Peer Support

Just started the program yesterday thanks to a good friend-really felt like I was at the end of the rope and now I am hopeful for the first time in months!

good 4 U i am on lesson 2 and taking them slow as that is my speed right now. I have seen improvements. I understand more about things now. Its good to hear from others who have been through this.
