hi guys, first log in ever so tring to get a feel how this whole thing works.I am on session three so far so good-positve self talk seems to be a challange though.I've been talking to myself so negativly and not really realizing it. The concept of changing bad to good thoughts makes sense,I'm just having a hard time pulling out my notebook and writing them down.Allright guys- goin to get a workout-tryin to get some serotonin runnin through my brain, stay positve!
